The 2010 Chocolate Siztas Calendar Pin-Ups!!



  • Cover girl & Miss June: Delgreta Brown

    Delgreta was born October 13, 1982. The 26-year-old Sacramento native received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana. Del is involved in many creative outlets, which often lead her to environments working with children, youth and adults. She is a freelance journalist, poet, artist and editor. Her poetry has been published in Xavier University of Louisiana’s literary magazine, New Voices. Additionally, she is a columnist for the Chocolate Siztas “Full Story” newsletter and some her fiction will be featured in the upcoming CS erotic anthology, “Insatiable: Full-Figured Fantasies.” Del’s also a member of the Kuumba Collective African American Fine Arts Group and the Sacramento Majestic Rollers Adult Skate Group. In her spare time she enjoys roller skating, painting, writing and dancing.



  • Miss January: Ebony Jackson Luna

    Ebony is a currently a Paralegal, has a B.A. in Political Science, B.S. in Criminal Justice and A.A. in Paralegal Studies.  Her hobbies include researching and educating others about Moorish and Hebrew history, Afro-Latin dancing (Salsa, Bachata and Merengue, etc.), singing and creating DJ mixes.  Her final career goal is to attend law school and later in life, develop a non profit organization for community service and especially educating the community about our great historical accomplishments and downfalls.  Ebony’s very close to her family and aspires to mentally and spiritually walk in the footsteps of her mother, who was a model.



  • Miss February: Kyra Lumpkin

    Kyra, AKA “Tyler S. Kush” is first and foremost, a daughter of the Most High and strives to do His will daily. She’s a crazy-in-love newlywed as of May 1, 2009 and an artist at heart. She loves to write books and plays and is currently working on writing her first TV show and developing a line of accessories, “Aryk”. Additionally, Kyra has an early-stage organization called “Pink Ladies” which focuses on promoting self esteem in women—mainly plus-sized women—and empowering them to believe that they are fearfully and wonderfully made. In her spare time, Kyra really enjoys hanging out with her family, having gatherings and game nights. She also loves to shop and dance.



  • Miss March: Linda Walker

    With the grace and style that only a Chocolate Sizta can manage, 48-year-old Linda, born June 23, 1960, is single-handedly raising a beautiful 14-year-old daughter. She's an accountant for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitaton and describes herself as "voluptuous and sexy!"  Linda enjoys praise dancing, working in the children's ministry, being co-chair for the Vacation Bible Club (VBC), and working with the Deacon and Intake ministries. She also likes jazz, old school, and gospel music, picnics in the park or long walks with that special someone and playing and spending time with her daughter and family. Linda's a very down-to-earth and outgoing person who always offers words of encouragement and has a smile on her face.



  • Miss April: Jo'nez Cain

    Jo’nez, 28. was born and raised in the Bay Area. She’s a graduate of Oakland Technical High and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. This mother of one (daughter) started in the performing arts at the young age of 8 and began a love affair with dance that has led her to performances for the Mayor of San Francisco and the Opera House. Soon, Jo’nez added acting in school plays to her repertoire. As an adult, she has continued to pursue her passions. Hollywood has come knocking and Jo’nez answered by being an extra in the “Matrix 2” and being an acting coach for “Me and Mrs. Jones” and “Get Money”. Currently, she’s starring in two theater plays: “On Both Sides of the Wall: The Two Way Struggle” (based on the novel) and “Sparkle” (a 1976 motion picture). This triple threat is also an upcoming songwriter currently doing a piece for “Both Sides of the Wall” as well as a Discovery Channel documentary.




  • Miss May: Kesney Muhammad

    Kesney describes herself as a devoted wife and active mother. In her spare time, she is Vice President and managing partner at Big Printing, the largest minority owned promotional marketing firm in Northern California. Her company specializes in urban clothing lines. This East Bay native (Benicia and Pittsburg) is an alumni of Howard University and attends Greater St. Paul Baptist Church. Kesney's a member of many community based organizations including the NAACP, National Council of Negro Women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, a contributor for Kamala Harris for Attorney General 2010 and she's also been featured in various Who's Who across America. Amongst these roles, Kesney feels that her most important position is as president of her daughter's pre-school PTA. She enjoys reading with her daughter, baking for her husband, watching old films with her dad, planning events with her mom and playing cards with friends.



  • Miss July: Krystaelynne Sanders

    Krystaelynne is an 18-year-old full-time student at CSU East Bay in Hayward who was initially introduced to modeling a year ago, when a local photographer asked to take some pictures of her. As a result, she was able to see herself in a new light and since then, modeling has given her newfound confidence. She enjoys traveling, networking, exploring new, diverse things, reading and watching movies. Currently, she’s working on adding bestselling novels to her book collection.




  • Miss August: Shellie Dunn

    Born in Oakland, Ca. on March 12, 1983, Shellie was always surrounded by full-figured women and knew then that big could definitely be beautiful. She’s currently a hairstylist at Streaks Studio in Fair Oaks, Ca. where she’s lived for a year. As she continues to “make the world beautiful, one woman at a time,” Shellie is raising a beautiful, intelligent daughter and spends most of her free time reading.




  • Miss September: Julie Moloney

    Julie is a Bay Area native who found her way back to San Jose in 2005. She grew up in Campbell and San Jose, and left for a brief stint in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo for college and graduate school. Julie works for Metropolitan Planning Group as an urban planner, and currently consults for multiple jurisdictions around the Bay. Her passions include saving the world one subdivision at a time, staying close with friends and family, and exploring her creative side. Julie currently lives with her husband of two years, Charlie, and her dog, Sadie.



  • Miss October: Sarah King

    Despite only being 29 years old, Sarah’s an old soul. Born in Berkeley but primarily raised by her grandmother in Richmond, Ca. , she’s the second to youngest of four children. Sarah graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1997 and went on to attend UC Berkeley for 2 years, before moving Sacramento. She lived there for 7 years, working in the Mortgage and Banking industries and then came back home to the Bay. She currently lives in Antioch works for the UCSF Center for Reproductive Health. Some of her hobbies include singing, spending time with friends, visiting family, and being a DIVA. Her goal in life is to glorify God and continue to evolve into the woman God wants her to be.




  • Miss November: Tanya Windham

    Tanya, a native of Illinois, is the CEO and Founder of Order My Life Productions. In 2007, she surprised many by self-publishing her first autobiographical novel, “On Both Sides of the Wall: The Two Way Struggle.” Tanya found her purpose in writing, later turning her novel into a Gospel stage play that sold out at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA.  Although, she spends most of her time working, directing and being a mother to her son, Tanya confess that her real passion is inspiring the younger generation.  She's been a speaker in several venues, including a book signing for Lillie McGee, the Lady’s Day Lectureship at May Street Church of Christ, the Rancho Cordova Church of Christ, and facilitated a workshop for teenage girls about self Esteem for CTD Dream Builders and more.




  • Miss December: Andrea Taylor

    Andrea Taylor was born on December 13, 1971, in Palo Alto, Ca. She’s grown up and lived in East Palo Alto for 37 years and is the proud parent of one awesome son who’s currently attending MIT University. Professionally, Andrea’s a Geographical Recruiter for Kaiser Permanente and was honored and awarded in 2008 as being one of the top Kaiser recruiters in Northern California. Her passions include spending quality time with her son, family and friends, as well as giving back to her community. She enjoys cooking, bowling, shopping, reading, traveling and just living life.
